Our customer was looking for a better way to manage their inventory stock and protect their components during shipping and handling.
Solution
PRP designed and fabricated custom plastic boxes suitable for item storage and inventory management.
The boxes are stackable and have engraved identification tags for each specific part number.
The foam was custom CNC cut to the unique shape of the item.
It is a high density PE variety with high impact absorption and shock resistance.
Foam can also be supplied as fire retardant and/or anti static.
Foam can also be custom fabricated for any cases such as Pelican and Trimcast .
