Problem

Our customer was looking to maximise the efficiency and energy savings of their air conditioning unit, whilst ensuring the operational noise remained as quiet as possible.

Solution

PRP supplied the internal thermal and sound insulation components to help reduce loss due to heat and noise.

Our thermoshield product is a polyethylene (PE) foam and foil backed sheet, with a class leading thermal conductivity value to minimize the transfer and loss due to heat.

PRP also fabricate a specialized sound deadening foam to reduce operation noise.
